“I have always had a passion and interest in sports and this qualification helped me get into university on a Sports Journalism course, it has increased my knowledge as an athlete and helped me improve as a person and a gymnast.
The Commonwealth Games was one of the best experiences of my life, all the hard work and struggle to get to the Games was definitely worth it! Nothing will beat that feeling when I came out into the arena with my team, and hearing the crowd roar when team Wales’ name was called out gave me goosebumps!”
