All learners will be expected to improve their literacy and numeracy skills.
All units are assessed and graded with an overall grade for the units being awarded as a pass, merit or distinction.

Students are also expected to complete the necessary guided learning hours for this qualification.

Assessment will be in the form of written assignments, examinations. Presentations, practical performance, the delivery of coaching sessions and a successful work experience.
