Are you ready to explore the exciting world of beauty? This course is perfect if you're looking for an introduction to the beauty sector, giving you the skills and confidence to succeed.
What You'll Learn:
You'll develop essential beauty skills and employability skills, gaining a wide range of knowledge to help you progress in the industry. Get hands-on with practical workshops to hone your skills, alongside classroom theory to build your understanding.
We'll also focus on boosting your literacy and numeracy. You will have the opportunity to undertake Essential Skills Wales qualifications in Communication and Application of Number. These qualifications will help support your progression to higher levels of learning.
You'll have a dedicated Progress Coach to support you throughout your time with us. They'll ensure you have all the support you need, whether it's for additional learning needs or anything new that comes up, so you can truly succeed. This course is fully supported to meet your individual needs and learning differences.
This programme runs over three days, combining engaging classroom sessions with practical workshop delivery.

4 GCSEs at Grade E/2 or above including Maths and English Language/ Welsh (1st Language).
For all learners who are looking to progress onto this level 1 course from an Entry programme you must have achieved your main qualification, progressed in Maths and English and hit all of the targets in your ILP.
At Coleg Cambria we would encourage you to do the very best that you can in your exams. The better your grades the more options you will have, and may result in you gaining entry onto a higher level course.
