We're here to support you every step of the way! You'll be assigned a Progress Coach who will guide you throughout the programme. They'll ensure any learning support needs are in place from the start and help incorporate new support as you progress. This course is fully supported to meet your individual needs and learning differences, helping you to succeed.
We also focus on boosting your literacy and numeracy skills. You will have the opportunity to undertake Essential Skills Wales qualifications in Communication and Application of Number. These qualifications will help support your progression to higher levels of learning.

At Coleg Cambria we would encourage you to do the very best that you can in your exams. The better your grades the more options you will have, and may result in you gaining entry onto a higher level course.

In order to achieve the qualification, you must successfully pass seven units. The final unit art design and media project, allows you to demonstrate all the learning that has taken place through completion of the other units. This unit is graded Pass, Merit or Distinction and determines the overall qualification grade.
If you want to continue your studies, you can progress to a Level 2 qualification in a similar subject, such as Art & Design or Creative Media. These qualifications will also prepare you for employment in the creative industries.
