Must be employed in a construction trowel trade job role and have at least 3 years experience. A suitably qualified mentor is required in the workplace to supervise activities and support learner development
There are no examinations or tests
Each unit will be assessed by a variety of assessment methods which may include workplace observations, written job reports, photographs and a variety of others as appropriate. The evidence is generated over a suitable period of time to ensure that competence is confirmed.
