Handbuilding is a traditional method of creating pottery or sculptural forms using only your hands and simple tools, rather than a pottery wheel. It is a versatile and expressive technique used in both beginner and professional ceramic work.
Throughout the course, you will learn essential handbuilding techniques, experiment with textures and forms, and create a personal collection of handmade ceramic pieces to be showcased in a mini-exhibition.
Each session includes a mix of demonstrations, guided practice, and independent work time. By the end of the course, you will have completed several finished pieces to take home.
