This entry-level programme is perfect for 16-18 year olds who want to build their confidence, develop essential skills, and discover where their talents lie.

You'll develop the skills employers are looking for and be prepared for a rewarding future, whether that's further study or a great job. We'll also focus on boosting your literacy and numeracy skills, and once you're ready, you'll have the chance to earn Essential Skills Wales qualifications in Communication and Application of Number.

Your Journey with Us
This is a one-year, full-time course, attending three days a week. You'll be supported by a Pastoral Coach. They'll ensure any learning support you need is in place before you even start, and they'll continue to help you succeed throughout your programme. This course is fully designed to meet your individual needs and learning differences, making sure you feel comfortable and confident to thrive.
