Applicants will usually be required to satisfy one of the following:

● 5 GCESs at grade C/4 or above including Maths, a Science subject and a subject requiring the use of written English Language/Welsh (1st Language).

● BTEC “Certificate” or “First Diploma” in a related subject.

● Appropriate knowledge and/or experience gained at work or from other related qualifications.

Applications from students with appropriate alternative qualifications and mature students with relevant industrial experience are welcome and will be given careful consideration.

To achieve this qualification and truly demonstrate your expertise, you’ll successfully complete the following assessments:

● Three externally set and marked assessments, taken under examination conditions over a two-year period.
● A series of internally set assessments designed to reinforce your learning.
Upon successful completion of this qualification, you’ll open doors to exciting employment opportunities in the construction industry.
