Course Overview
This qualification is for learners who wish to gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively coach or mentor people within an organisational context. It is also an ideal qualification for those who wish to commence a career in coaching or mentoring.

Centres must ensure that learners are in a position to meet the assessment demands of the qualification
Written assignment and learners are to identify suitable coachee/mentees to work with in the workplace to gather their practical evidence which will involve producing records from the coaching/mentoring activity eg contract/s, planning documents, direct observation of the learner’s performance by their tutor, oral or written questioning, personal statements, feedback from the mentee, recorded supervision.
This qualification will provide progression opportunities to other qualifications such as:
