Course Overview
The VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology is a preparation for work qualification that has been designed to prepare you for a career as a reflexologist. This qualification will develop your knowledge and understanding of the principles and practice and business practice for complementary therapies. Furthermore, you will learn about anatomy, physiology and pathology for complementary therapies. You will also develop your understanding and practical skills to competently provide reflexology services. This is a practitioner level qualification.
The units contained in this qualification cover all the skills and knowledge required for this role. Some units include:
* Principles and practice of complementary therapies
* Business practice for complementary therapies
* Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology for complementary therapies
* Provide reflexology for complementary therapies
Throughout this qualification you will develop your knowledge and understanding of relevant anatomy and physiology, health and safety and client care. You will develop a range of technical skills enabling you to provide a reflexology treatment.

Assessment is set, marked and internally quality assured by the centre to clearly demonstrate achievement of the learning outcomes. Assessment is sampled by VTCT external quality assurers (EQAs).

Evidence in the portfolio may take the following forms:
• Observed work
• Witness statements
• Audio-visual media
• Evidence of prior learning or attainment
• Written questions
• Oral questions
• Assignments
• Case studies
External assessment
Externally assessed question papers completed electronically will be set and marked by VTCT.
