Course Overview

This course complies with current legislation, and is a compulsory certificate for all users of pesticides. The course aims to equip candidates with the knowledge and skills needed to use products in a safe manner, store, maintain and dispose of them.

Topics Covered -
• Basic legislation
• Precautions and product label interpretation
• Personal safety
• PPE and contamination
• Correct Storage and disposal methods of pesticides
• Risk to others and the environment
• Record keeping

Assessment

E-volve (GOLA) assessment of 33 multiple choice questions.

Entry

Ability to do basic arithmetic.
