The new accommodation will provide 50 en-suite bedrooms arranged across three floors, with a modern kitchen, TV lounge, and seating area shared between each group of 10 rooms. The design also includes dedicated accessible living spaces to support students with disabilities. Wherever possible, local materials will be used, and the exterior will complement the two recently completed buildings on site, featuring finishes such as wood cladding and grey steel windows for a cohesive, contemporary look.
