Here at Coleg Cambria we’re well connected, with transport available from a wide variety of destinations across Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham.
Not only that; if you are a full time or higher education student, we offer a subsidised transport provision of either travel on a designated College bus or an Arriva termly public bus passes.
To be eligible for subsidised transport you will need to live over 3 miles from the nearest college site delivering your choice of course*. If you travel by bicycle you will have access to bike racks at most sites.
*Subject to eligibility and availability. Transport routes and services may vary slightly from year to year depending on demand and availability.
If you can’t find your route, don’t worry! We’re on hand to find you the quickest and easiest way to get to us. Just call us at 0300 30 30 007 and we’ll give you the information you need to travel safely to and from college.

A subsidised contribution of £90 per term for learners 16-18 and £160 for learners 19+ applies for using college transport.
This is a contribution towards your bus pass, with Coleg Cambria covering the remaining cost.
Yes, financial support may be available. If you are concerned about affording the subsidised transport fee, please contact Student Services.
Our team can discuss options such as the Financial Contingency Fund (FCF), Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA) (for 16-18 year olds), or the Welsh Government Learning Grant for Further Education (WGLG-FE) (for 19+ learners).
