Course Overview
This course will enable you to prepare for and conduct performance appraisals professionally and with confidence. This training will provide the background knowledge and structure of the appraisal process. You will realise the benefits and be able to identify development and training needs for individuals and the wider organisation.
By attending this course you will be able to:
