Course Overview
This course will enable you to prepare for and conduct performance appraisals professionally and with confidence. This training will provide the background knowledge and structure of the appraisal process. You will realise the benefits and be able to identify development and training needs for individuals and the wider organisation.
By attending this course you will be able to:
* First line manager’s responsibility for managing team and individual achievement of objectives.
* The purpose and value of the appraisal process.
* Ways to ensure fair and objective assessment and how to prepare to conduct the appraisal.
