Course Overview
Two units will be studied:
8607-520 Assessing your own Leadership Capability and Performance
8607-519 Developing and Leading Teams to Achieve Organisational Goals & Objectives
We will also cover ‘Study Skills’ at the beginning of the course, to help candidates research and write assignments effectively.

Two written assignments, set by ILM. There are no exams, and no pass or fail outcome. Support will be provided for candidates to ensure successful achievement of the qualification.
