● Practising team leaders, helping you become more effective and confident in your role.
● New or aspiring team leaders, helping you make the transition from working in a team to leading a team.
● Also for anyone wanting a formal, transferable management qualification.
● Learners who do not have a great deal of time to spend on studying.
Two Units will be Studied:
● Leading your Work Team
● Planning and Monitoring work
● Practising team leaders, helping you become more effective and confident in your role.

Successful learners will also be able to progress to the ILM Level 2 Certificate in Leadership and Team Skills, or the ILM Level 3 Award/Certificate in Leadership and Management.
