Course Overview
This is a practical course for anyone interested in carrying out basic property maintenance, property development or work around the home. The course includes advice on the safe use of tools and guidance on purchasing a ‘maintenance tool-kit’. The course will run 3 times a year with start dates in September, December and March. Installing taps and replacing washers

Cutting of tiles safely
Using tile adhesive and spacers to fix tiles to walls
Using grouting
Plastering

There is no formal assessment, however you will be given guidance and feedback on progress of your practical work and there will be a Coleg Cambria certificate for all those who complete the course.
