This programme will allow you to try different creative sectors e.g. woodwork, fashion, needlework, haberdashery, and crafting allowing you to gain valuable practical skills to develop your online business. Alongside this, you will learn how to set up a business online, including e-commerce, website design, marketing and budgeting. The wide range of underpinning knowledge and practical skills will give you a head start in your chosen career path.

Neuro Creative Enterprise will give you the right mix of skills to progress your ambitions, ensuring that you get the best overall experience and knowledge to succeed. On the course, you will work with expert staff to develop your skills. Fully supported, you will also develop social communication, organisational, and life and living skills.

On this course, a Gateway Vocational Studies Level 1 qualification will give you the skills you need to succeed, across a range of different units and specialisms. This may include some of the following -

Literacy and numeracy development will be a core focus for all learners on programme with each learner having the opportunity to undertake Essential Skills Wales qualifications or GCSEs

Learners will be assigned a Progression Coach who will support them throughout their time on programme. The course is fully supported to meet individual needs and learning differences.

Ongoing assessment via tasks and tutor monitoring.
In order to be eligible for this programme learners must have social communication difficulties such as Autism that is documented in an education plan i.e. IDP, LSP or EHCP.

There are no formal entry requirements, although users are expected to be familiar with the basics of computer and internet use, and have a current Learning and Skills Plan, Individual Development Plan or Education, Health and Care Plan which documents a social communication difficulty such as Autism.

At Coleg Cambria we would encourage you to do the very best that you can in your exams. The better your grades the more options you will have, and may result in you gaining entry onto a higher level course.
