This one year course has been designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge and understanding to progress to further study or training in a range of fashion business and retail disciplines via a full-time, immersive learning experience.

The Level 2 Fashion Business and Retail pathway has been specifically designed for learners aged 16 years or over wishing to gain a broad experience within the fashion retail sector alongside GCSE English and Maths [if required], tutorial and personal and professional development.

You will also develop your presentation, time management, teamwork, organisation and communication skills. This course covers the whole process of retail; from trend forecasting, identifying market levels, research, sustainability and supply chains through to its end destination, whether a physical retail environment or online shop.

You will be introduced to the history of fashion retail, forecast of fashion trends, methods of communicating ideas to different audiences, buying and selling in fashion retailing, marketing, branding, fashion styling and visual merchandising.

You will develop your skills to offer creative solutions to an ever-changing selling environment, gaining knowledge of modern fashion business and retail practice, its roles and basic business strategies.
