Course Overview
Learners will need access to the internet and have a viable Gmail account (during online enrolment the college will assign you a gmail account). A blend of live feed, sub group interaction, and individual tasks make up the method of delivery.

PRINCE2® is a structured project management method that can be tailored to any size project. PRINCE2® has a focus on business justification, clearly defines organisation structure for the project team and utilises a product-based planning approach. Developed by the UK government and based on best practise, it is an internationally accepted benchmark for project managers. Organisations that integrate PRINCE2® into its projects can be assured of excellent governance. Individuals seeking employment as project managers will know that certification by the market leader is a strong addition to their professional portfolio.
PRINCE2® Foundation
The purpose of the Foundation level is to confirm you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2® method to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2®. The Foundation level is also a pre-requisite for the Practitioner certification. This can be completed as a standalone course.
This course uses the 6th edition (2017) syllabus.

Foundation Exam: Multiple choice exam, closed book, 1 hr. Exams will either be online or paperbased. More details to follow

Homework: This is an intense course! And 12 hours PRIOR work is required before attending the course. In addition approximately another 12-15 hours study is usually required during and /or prior to taking the exam. Homework is set each evening of the course, lasting approximately 2 hours.
Foundation none except an interest in project management. The Foundation exam is a requirement to take the Practitioner exam.

£870 and includes tuition, course material, ,electronic manual and exam (first attempt only).
or free if eligible for PLA funding. To be eligible, you must be over 19, employed and earning under £29,534 per year or a furloughed worker (any salary) or self-employed
