Course Overview
This course is comprehensive in content at this level, building the skills, knowledge and abilities of a participant that is required to be an effective trainer.
You will be introduced to a range of essential tips, techniques, knowledge and skills covering:

● Planning, delivering and evaluating sessions
● Setting ground rules
● Use of icebreakers
● The learning environment
● Training resources
● Gaining and maintaining attention
● Motivation
● Assessment.

This is an introductory qualification and is ideal for those with no previous formal training in the models and techniques for training and developing colleagues in the workplace.
The knowledge and practical skills gained on the course will be assessed by a multiple choice quiz and an observation (by the course tutor) of the participants’ delivered session, on which they will receive formal feedback.
Not applicable
It is ideal for those looking to build their skills and confidence in delivering presentations, preparing training sessions and delivering to groups.
