Progress evenings are for learners, parents, carers or guardians of students studying at Cambria.
What are they?
Progress Evenings provide students and their families with updates on academic/vocational performance, progress and targets.
When do they take place?
A2 Students (Second year A Level Learners)
27th November 5:00pm to 8:00pm
AS Students (First year A Level Learners)
12th February 5:00pm to 8:00pm
Foundation and Level 2 Vocational Students
24th February 5:00pm to 8:00pm
Level 1 and Level 3 Vocational Students
26th February 5:00pm to 8:00pm
Progress evenings take place online and you will need register to attend (more on how to do this below)
We use an online platform called School Cloud to run our Progress Evenings.
Where to find your login details You need a specific Login Code to register. This information is sent via two methods:
- By Post: You will receive a letter 7 days before the event.
- By Student Email: Your young person will be sent an email to their college account approximately 5 days before the event. This email contains their First Name, Surname, and the unique Login Code.
How to book Please use the details found in the letter or email to register for an account on school cloud.
IMPORTANT: When registering, please ensure the ‘Student’s Details’ section exactly matches the information provided in the email/letter.

On the day of the Progress Evening, a reminder email for you (Learner) or your young person (Parent/Guardian) appointments will be sent to the email address that was used to register on School Cloud one hour before the first appointment. The email includes a direct link to log in and access the appointments.
Log in to School Cloud using the details you registered with to attend these appointments.
