Active Cambria offers staff the opportunity to have a lifestyle check and a body analysis which will look at visceral fat, water retention, body fat, BMI, bone density and metabolic age. 

 

Within each library you will find an informative display with information on a number of lifestyle choices topics and books/magazines to support you on your journey.
