The Apprenticeship, (Traineeship and Jobs Growth Wales Programmes), led by the Welsh Government, are supported by the European Social Fund.

IF YOU ARE AGED 16-18 AND UNSURE ABOUT WHAT TO DO NEXT, OR NEED HELP TO GET INTO EMPLOYMENT THEN TRAINEESHIPS MAY
BE FOR YOU.

You can work towards a variety of qualifications but more importantly they are the qualifications that employers are looking for.

KICK START YOUR CAREER

A Traineeship will give you time to think what kind of job you want to do and you’ll get loads of work experience and skills.

You'll also get paid whilst you are on our programme, you will receive an allowance between £30-£50 per week depending on the programme that's right for you. Traineeships are flexible and we'll make sure you get the support you need in order to reach your potential.

You can try out new things from Animal Care to Catering and enjoy field trips, creative workshops, volunteering, outdoor cooking and much more.

Traineeships - be inspired

They give you the chance to get a step on the skills ladder, whilst finding out what life is like in the working world by going on work placement. It’s your chance to focus on what you want from life, gain confidence and start your path to employment.
