Written assignment and learners are to identify suitable coachee/mentee’s to work with in the workplace to gather their practical evidence which will involve producing records from the mentoring activity eg contract/s, planning documents, direct observation of the learner’s performance by their tutor, oral or written questioning, personal statements, feedback from the mentee, recorded supervision.
Centres must ensure that learners are in a position to meet the assessment demands of the qualification
