PRINCE2® is a structured project management method that can be tailored to any size project. PRINCE2® has a focus on business justification, clearly defines organisation structure for the project team and utilises a product-based planning approach. Developed by the UK government, it is an internationally accepted benchmark for project managers. Individuals seeking employment as project managers will know that certification by the market leader is a strong addition to their professional portfolio.
PRINCE2® Foundation
The purpose of the Foundation level is to confirm you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2® method to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2®. The Foundation level is also a pre-requisite for the Practitioner certification. This can be completed as a standalone course.

PRINCE2® Practitioner
The purpose of the Practitioner certification is to confirm whether the candidate has achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor PRINCE2® in a scenario situation. A successful Practitioner candidate should, with suitable direction, be able to start applying the method to a real project. The certification lasts 3 years before which time re-registration will have to be sought. A pass at Foundation level is a prerequisite for Practitioner certification.

This course uses the 6th edition (2017) syllabus. The cost includes; tuition, e-manual and exam (first attempt only).
