PRINCE2® is a structured project management method that can be tailored to any size project. PRINCE2® has a focus on business justification, clearly defines organisation structure for the project team and utilises a product-based planning approach. Developed by the UK government and based on best practise, it is an internationally accepted benchmark for project managers. Organisations that integrate PRINCE2® into its projects can be assured of excellent governance. Individuals seeking employment as project managers will know that certification by the market leader is a strong addition to their professional portfolio.
PRINCE2® Practitioner
The purpose of the Practitioner certification is to confirm whether the candidate has achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor PRINCE2® in a scenario situation. A successful Practitioner candidate should, with suitable direction, be able to start applying the method to a real project. The certification lasts 3 years before which time re-registration will have to be sought. A pass at Foundation level is a prerequisite for Practitioner certification.
This course uses the 6th edition (2017) syllabus.
