Course Overview
The Level 2 Diploma for IT Professionals Apprenticeship is a nationally recognised programme designed by employers to meet the needs of today’s businesses.
This Apprenticeship allows individuals to acquire IT skills that will help them work effectively and productively in their employment. There is a wide choice of units to choose from, including health & safety, technical fault diagnosis and remedy, working with hardware and equipment, software installation, programming and web development. In addition, there are multimedia-based applications, including video software and audio software, which also compliment the IT professional suite.
Apprentices will achieve -
● Pearson BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Professional Competence for IT and Telecoms Professionals
● Pearson BTEC Level 2 Certificate in ICT Systems and Principles
Transferable Skills

● Application of Number, Level 2
● Digital Literacy, Level 2
● ERR Employee Rights and Responsibilities
The professional competence route offers a flexible route to achieve the skills needed for work. It is a tailored programme that can meet individual needs.

Induction 1 x 2 hour session to include BKSB initial assessment
