Should an A level applicant have or be predicted a grade D/3 in either GCSE Maths or English (and at least a grade C/4 in the other subject) then your application will be considered.

At Coleg Cambria we would encourage you to do the very best that you can in your exams. The better your grades the more options you will have, and may result in you gaining entry onto a higher level course.
Religious Studies equips students with the skills to research, evaluate, structure and present information and ideas. Essay writing skills are developed with a strong emphasis on analysis and critical thinking. Students will also engage in discussion and debate and develop their communication skills. These are skills common to many university degrees and students have gone on to study a range of subjects at degree level as the skills developed are coupled with the broad nature of the subject which covers knowledge across philosophy, ethics, history, culture and religion. The skills and broad knowledge also prepare students for a range of careers in society such as Law, Education, NGO and Government posts.
Some courses may require equipment and/or uniforms to be purchased. Please see attached equipment list for further information.
