Course Overview
This qualification is for managers and those with responsibility for effective coaching and mentoring as part of their role within an organisational context. It is also ideal for individuals who wish to move into a development role or start a career as a freelance coach or mentor.

Centres must ensure that learners are in a position to meet the assessment demands of the qualification
Written assignment and learners are to identify suitable coachees/mentees to work with to gather their practical evidence (18 hours of coaching or mentoring in total).
This will involve producing records from the coaching/mentoring activity eg contract/s, planning documents, direct observation of the learner’s performance by their tutor, oral or written questioning, personal statements, feedback from the coachee/mentee, and supervision.
