Course Overview

1. Understand the meaning of sustainability, human capital and the three inter-dependencies
2. Understand the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) and how OSH relates to them
3. Understand the meaning of a culture
4. Understand the core OSH management principles
5. Understand the importance of tracking performance to social sustainability
6. Understand the importance of good management to social sustainability.
1. Knowledge and comprehension;

a. Learners are required to complete the standard assessments under examination conditions, consisting of 30 questions in a variety of formats that can be achieved within 30 minutes.

2. Practical application of learning;

a. Learners are required to create a two part action plan, to be completed after the course and given in by the agreed date.
