Part Time, The programme is a total of 12 full-day training sessions and 2 study days, across 3 cohorts on the following dates:

Cohort 2: 7/1/25, 14/1/25, 3/2/25, 10/2/25, 25/3/25, 1/4/25, 15/4/25, 6/5/25, 10/6/25, 24/6/25, 15/7/25, 29/7/25.

Candidates will also need time to work on their assessment outside of the training sessions.

Course Overview
Six units will be studied:

8607-520 Assessing your own Leadership Capability and Performance
8607-519 Developing and Leading Teams to Achieve Organisational Goals & Objectives
8607-418 Understanding the Organisational Culture & Context
8607-503 Developing Critical Thinking
8607-504 Leading Innovation and Change
8605-510 Managing for Efficiency and Effectiveness
8605-505 Managing Individual Development
8607-507 Understand the Organisational Environment

We will also cover ‘Study Skills’ at the beginning of the course, to help candidates research and write assignments effectively.
Eight written assignments, set by ILM. There are no exams, and no pass or fail outcome. Support will be provided for candidates to ensure successful achievement of the qualification.

This course is ideal for:

• Practicing, experienced middle managers, or aspiring senior managers.

• Also for experienced middle managers wanting a formal, transferable management qualification.
