All learners will be allocated an assessor who will visit the workplace once a month to guide and support the learner to achieve the qualification. For the Diploma in Management Level 3 the learner will be required to produce a portfolio of evidence showcasing their claim to competence. As three of the units are knowledge only, we will offer taught sessions free of charge at our Northop site. However, these are not mandatory and if the learner chooses not to attend these, the Assessor will give support and provide resources to the learner to ensure they acquire the knowledge to achieve these units. Evidence will be gained by Direct Observation of the learner, providing documentation that the learner completes or is about them, colleagues and stakeholders providing witness testimonies to confirm the learner has carried out tasks, discussions between the learner and the assessor on tasks completed and written statements or recorded discussions to cover the knowledge in each unit.
