Course Overview
An evening developing your skills in making your very own Homemade Christmas Mince pies.
Our tutor will guide you through producing these sweet treats for your friends and family in a warm and friendly environment.
You will be making a trio of mince pies to include:
Traditional Mince pies
Cinnamon swirl mince pies
Lemon meringue mince pies
A gluten version can be made - please let us know if this is a preferred option.
Containers to take your mince pies home in
Please bring your own apron
Sensible shoes (No high heels of flip flop style shoes)
