Develop a change implementation plan including details of how you will monitor and review the implementation of change

2 written assignments (each approximately 2,000 words in length), set by the Institute of Leadership and Management
Completion of a training needs analysis which will be reviewed by the course team, to establish if you are working at the appropriate level for the qualification.
To support new or aspiring middle managers develop a greater understanding of their role to improve effectiveness. Also for experienced middle managers wanting a formal, transferable management qualification.
