Three units will be studied:
8607-522 Becoming an Effective Leader
8607-507 Understand the Organisational Environment
8607-503 Developing Critical Thinking
8607-519 Developing and Leading Teams to Achieve Organisational Objectives
We will also cover ‘Study Skills’ at the beginning of the course, to help candidates research and write assignments effectively.

Four written assignments, set by ILM. There are no exams, and no pass or fail outcome. Support will be provided for candidates to ensure successful achievement of the qualification.
