Course Overview
Your website is often your first contact with your audience, and a poor website can mean less traffic to your site.

If you want to know the basics of how to get started designing your own website and want to develop the skills to take control for yourself, then this is the course for you.

By the end of this short course you will understand:
● the importance of having a website
● the costs (initially, it could be nothing!)
● how to build a website
● copyright and ethical thinking issues that could affect your site
● basic HTML
Ongoing tutor support and tasks
Familiarity with the standard functionality of PC use and the internet
This course will help to give you the skills needed to create a simple website
£59 or free if eligible for PLA funding. To be eligible, you must be over 19, employed and earning under £29,534 per year or a furloughed worker (any salary) or self-employed
