Course Overview
The Level 4 Certificate in Advanced Hair and Beauty Management is suitable for all learners who wish to develop their knowledge and understanding of salon management alongside furthering their knowledge of the chemistry of products.
This Advanced qualification provides an opportunity for/learners from various backgrounds to specialise and train as an advanced hair or beauty specialist.
Units include:
Management of health, safety and security in the salon
Physiology of ageing
Quality management of client care in the hair and beauty sector
Salon management
Chemistry of hair and beauty products
Dermatology and microbiology
This Advanced qualification provides an opportunity for/learners from various backgrounds to specialise and train as an advanced hair or beauty specialist.

For each mandatory and optional unit chosen candidates must complete an assignment. The assignments will cover: practical tasks and knowledge and understanding task(s).
Assessment variety could also include; practical work, presentations and professional discussions, depending on individual module specification criteria.
Tasks are graded pass, merit or distinction.

This qualification is suitable to follow for Spa Managers, Beauty Therapists, Senior Therapists and Aesthetic Professionals
