The Level 1 course is aimed at learners with little or no experience in Floristry. For those with some experience there will be opportunities to develop and expand both your practical and theoretical knowledge further.

The course covers a range of Floristry skills that are essential to the Floristry industry, such as designing and assembling basic Floristry designs, producing shop displays, and learning to identify a range of flowers and plants.
Students have access to high quality facilities, well equipped practical workshops and extensive online resources. A wide range of common and unusual fresh flowers, foliage and sundries are provided to students as part of the course. Learning will be as fun as possible and you will learn through a variety of methods, including lectures and practical work, and will use a range of modern learning technology.
English and maths are an integral part of the programme and we will work with you to improve your literacy and numeracy skills.
