If so, then our Quantity Surveying Apprenticeship programme could be just right for you. Not only will you be sponsored to achieve a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying during the 5-year training programme, but you will also become a chartered Quantity Surveyor with the RICS. Following a structured learning plan with one of our training partners.
You will be attending a university campus via a blended learning approach 1 day a week, and undergoing rigorous workplace learning for the other 4 days of the week. This will all be with full academic and employer support.

• 5yr apprenticeship ending with a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying, securing Chartered membership of RICS
• The entry requirement for the Apprenticeship will typically be a minimum of three A-levels at Grade C or higher (or their equivalent) or a Level 3 Apprenticeship in a construction or property related discipline. The final decision on entry requirement will be made after an informal face to face interview with the candidate.
• The Degree is fully funded by ourselves and the Government, and the successful candidate will be paid a weekly wage (negotiable depending on experience - meets national minimum wage).
• You will be required to be on site or in the office Mon-Thurs and Friday at Wolverhampton university, 9am – 9pm for 24 weeks of the year. Remaining weeks will be full time with us.
• Type of work included/ expected within the role: -
Estimating/tendering, Valuations/invoicing, Project management, meeting clients, discussing job specifics & choices, Buying/ordering of materials, making sub-contractor enquiries, dealing with sub-contractors and direct employed staff.

We have a fantastic opportunity for 3 enthusiastic individuals to earn while you learn by becoming an Apprentice within our Open Spaces Trunk Road Maintenance Unit. Our Apprenticeship programme is an excellent way to start a career, gaining valuable skills, experience, and qualifications, at the same time as earning a wage!
During your Apprenticeship you will undertake work based training to obtain an NVQ Level 2 in Local Environmental Services as well as nationally recognised qualification for the installation, maintenance and removal of traffic management from high speed roads.
We’re looking for people with motivation, communication skills and who want to learn and develop.
Applicants must be aged at least 18 to enable them to undertake night work duties in accordance with legislation.
