You will explore a range of musical styles and techniques all designed to improve your musicianship and performance skills. As a routine part of the course you will have the opportunity to participate in a range of public performances in venues both inside and outside of college.
The Music courses at Coleg Cambria will also provide you with opportunities to record in our own multi track recording studio, contribute to developing soundtrack recordings for media products, and even produce your own music video in our HDTV studio.
Our Performing Arts courses offer classes that include dance, contemporary theatre, devising performance and musical theatre, each contributing to developing and improving performance and equipping you with skills which prepare you for the demands of today’s performance industry.
As a Performing Arts student you will have the opportunity to showcase your talents in a number of performances in our new industry standard performance space.
Dance for Parkinson’s classes in partnership with National Dance Company of Wales
Dance for Parkinson’s classes are fun and informal FREE classes.
Dance has been proven to develop confidence and strength, whilst temporarily relieving some participants of symptoms in everyday life. Classes are creative and promote feelings of freedom from the physical and social constraints of having Parkinson’s.
