Play

We play in the AoC Cat 3 Northwest League 2 (West) and AoC Cup competing against colleges from across North Wales and the North West of England. Our home fixtures are played at Brymbo Sports and Social Complex.

Work

Students involved with football at Coleg Cambria will have the opportunity to complete the coaching qualifications with courses likely to run from our Deeside site. These qualifications will enable students to develop leadership skills within football.

Those interested in furthering their coaching or refereeing skills can be supported to complete further qualifications and gain experience in local clubs and schools.

Learn

We believe that students studying on all courses at Cambria should have the opportunity to represent our elite teams. We are committed to combining academic and sporting excellence, supporting our students ambitions in the classroom and on the field of play. In our most recent Estyn report, inspectors rated the College as ‘excellent’, making Cambria one of the most successful colleges in the UK, and the highest performing college in Wales.
