Coleg Cambria is one of the highest performing colleges in Wales, rated Excellent by Estyn.
Across its six sites in North East Wales, Coleg Cambria offers a huge range of full-time and part-time courses including A Levels, GCSEs, BTECs, Welsh for Adults and Higher Education. Working in partnership with over 1,000 employers, the college also offers vast apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities with strong links to local employment.
The Governing Body is responsible for Coleg Cambria's financial solvency, its effective management and the standard of services provided.
It is also responsible for the proper use of the public funds entrusted to it. Members of the Governing Body are an integral part of the work of the college and generously donate their time and expertise. The term of office for members is 4 years, excluding Student Members who are appointed for a period of one year.
The leadership team at Cambria is made up of our Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive - Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Chief Executive - People Experiences & Culture, Deputy Chief Executive - Principal and Senior Managers.
Together, they lead the college to achieve Cambria’s strategic vision and are passionate about the role of education, training and skills as a driver of economic development and social justice in north east Wales.
