Why Choose An Apprenticeship?

Kickstart your career with an apprenticeship and earn as you learn.

Across North Wales and beyond, companies are recruiting for apprenticeships and training people in the skills they need to succeed in their career.

As an apprentice you will earn whilst you learn, gaining skills, knowledge, experience and recognised qualifications along the way. Whether you’re aged between 16 and 19 or 20 and over, a range of apprenticeship options may be available to you.

If you have a keen interest in horses this could be the perfect opportunity to progress in the industry and gain internationally recognised qualifications. Pathways within these qualifications include riding, breeding and coaching.

Apprentices will be assessed in the workplace by our industry served assessing teams.

Learners completing these qualifications need to be passionate, have experience and be confident around horses. You will also need to have a good level of fitness and strength.
