Why Choose An Apprenticeship?

Kickstart your career with an apprenticeship and earn as you learn.

Across North Wales and beyond, companies are recruiting for apprenticeships and training people in the skills they need to succeed in their career.

As an apprentice you will earn whilst you learn, gaining skills, knowledge, experience and recognised qualifications along the way. Whether you’re aged between 16 and 19 or 20 and over, a range of apprenticeship options may be available to you.

If working indoors isn’t something you want to do, then maybe working in the agricultural industry and helping to grow and provide essential resources could be the right career for you!

Agriculture plays a significant role in the Welsh economy, employing a higher percentage of the workforce in Wales than in other parts of the UK so why not join this vital sector!

Apprentices will be assessed in the workplace by our industry served assessing teams and have access to college resources to help with their studies.

Learners completing these qualifications need to have a good level of fitness and strength, be able to work with others and have good communication skills.

“During my apprenticeship I was getting the training as well as getting paid. It opens your eyes up to the working environment and gets you ready for your future.

I think it’s brilliant to have the opportunity to do an apprenticeship as a mature person.”
