Studied a Higher National Apprenticeship in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering.
Currently a Manufacturing Technician, dealing with the manufacture of high precision aircraft robotics and tooling at Electroimpact.
Ethan choose an apprenticeship route as he has always been a hands on person who enjoys getting stuck in and getting his hands dirty.

The courses are designed to put you slightly out of your comfort zone which not only develops your skills,it develops you as a person. At times you may feel like giving up but don’t.
The day that I graduated from my HNC in my cap and gown was one of the proudest days of my life to know that I achieved something that I never thought possible.”
Leah studied a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People, after completing she went on to study a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People's Residential Management).
Leah started work at Woodlands as a Care Worker, since working there she has been promoted to Shift Leader and then promoted to Deputy Manager.
Leah chose an apprenticeship as it meant she could work through her studies while also doing 'on the job' training.
Leah was able to work at her own pace while still having motivation and support from her tutor.
“My time at college was really interesting, I was given lots of support and guidance. The workload was broken down so I could still work full time and didn't lose out.”
