“In January 2026, I began my Learn English course at the Yale campus of Coleg Cambria. From my first day, I felt more excited rather than nervous and motivated to improve my English and develop new skills.

“I really enjoyed studying my apprenticeship with Coleg Cambria, I had great support from my work based learning practitioner and they helped me whenever I had questions and were really quick to respond.
Doing a work based apprenticeship is great, you get all the real life skills and experience while also getting qualified which is amazing for your career!
My plans for the future are to study the Cyber Security Degree apprenticeship that Bangor University.

My favourite thing about studying at Cambria as a work-based-learner is the ability to earn money and study at the same time, it also allows time for me to focus on all aspects of my life.
