Bethan Wright studied the Access the HE - Healthcare course"The support I received from the tutors in the access team at Coleg Cambria was fantastic. It has been years since I'd done any formal learning and they helped build my self confidence. I loved finally doing something for myself and pushing myself outside my comfort zone. The people I met in my peer group were fantastic and very supportive. I've stayed in touch with most of them and gained a few close friends for life. I currently work as a Flying Start Midwife in Denbighshire. I provide antenatal education and postnatal support to families. I love my job! My future ambition is to keep doing a job I love and find rewarding. There are loads of different roles available within midwifery".
